Video: Woman yells, “Rot in hell!” to Jerry Sandusky
An unidentified woman yelled, “Rot in hell!” to convicted child abuser Jerry Sandusky as sheriff’s deputies took him to jail.
You can hear her shout at Sandusky at 1:12 into the video.
Sandusky, a former Penn State assistant football coach under Joe Paterno, was led out of the courthouse in handcuffs following his conviction on 45 counts of child sexual abuse.
Sandusky’s lawyer, Joe Amendola, said his client isn’t frightened about spending the rest of his life in prison.
“He’s not scared,” Amendola said following the verdict. ”He has said to himself — based on the circumstances and the weight of the evidence against him — this was the likely outcome.”
