Fellow inmates sang to Sandusky: “Hey teacher, leave those kids alone”
Former Penn State assistant football coach and convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky is sitting on suicide watch in the same jail where he heard a harassing serenade last December.
He’s in the Center County Correctional Facility in Bellefonte, Penn. It’s seven miles from the Penn State campus. He’s one of 272 inmates behind bars there.
According to a 22-year-old inmate named Josh, last December, when the lights went out, inmates at the jail serenaded the disgraced coach with a line from Pink Floyd’s “The Wall.”
“At night, we were singing ‘Hey, teacher, leave those kids alone,’” Josh said. He added that the other inmates knew who Sandusky was because they had access to TV and newspapers.
Here’s video from a Pink Floyd concert a few years ago:
Sandusky’s sentencing should occur in about three months. He faces an effective life sentence.
Meantime, while he’s sitting in jail, he’s allowed access to some personal items including a prayer book, and can get visits from family, friends and attorneys.
The next few months in jail will be very interesting for Jerry Sandusky.

They should save the state money and just put him out in general population. The inmates will take care of him!
He ruined more lives than those he abused, including Coach Paterno and dozens more at PSU, et.al. They should have been humming “Dueling Banjos” ,the theme to the movie “Deliverance” He deserves to be put under the jail. Bury his sick a**!
Suicide would be the easy way out.
He needs to rot in prison with the fear that someone “mentors” him the way he “mentored” the victims.
He should cowboy up and go thru with the suicide watch hes on. Sick SOB. If not, I’m sure other inmates will take care of it. Just no need to house and feed anyone for years who takes advantage manipulates and molests our children. RW’s 2 cents>
