Katherine Webb — Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron’s girlfriend — was asked by TMZ if she would ever pose for Playboy.

Webb is set to appear in the 2013 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition next week.
She landed the SI photo shoot, a reporting gig for “Inside Edition” and a spot on ABC’s new celebrity diving show “Splash,” after ESPN’s Brent Musburger complimented her on her looks during the BCS National Championship Game just one month ago.
Webb has caused quite a media frenzy over the last few weeks.
So you have to wonder about the timing of this recent tweet from Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel’s girlfriend, Sarah Savage. (Manziel is the quarterback for Texas A&M — an SEC rival and the only team to beat Alabama last year.) We haven’t heard much from Savage lately.
Like Webb, Savage is also a model. She tweeted this photo of herself in a bikini:

i am still not sure how this woman is getting all this media attention and ink. Granted she looks nice; but she is in the news more than her boyfriend. is she capitalizing on his status to bolster her own career? . The A&M player won the Heisman– why is there no cover shoot for his girlfriend, why no celebrity reality TV show for her, why no SI cover shoot, why no ET interviews, why no calls from Trump to invite her to be on one of his celegbrity apprentice shows, No DWTS?? it’s almsot as if this woman is riding the coat tales of some one else’s success to further her own ends. But hey it aint bragging if you can do it. i just think that there are a lot of other attractive woman who are not getting their 15 minutes of fame while this woman is…..i imagine that old saying is true–it’s not what you kow its who you know .
