Montreal Impact defender Nelson Rivas delivered a brutal headbutt to the Philadelphia Union’s Antoine Hoppenot at Saputo Stadium in Montreal.

That resulted in a retaliatory shove from the Union’s Jack McInerney, red cards for Rivas and McInerney, and lots of excitement on the field.

Sporting Kansas City Welcomes Toronto FC In The Most Unusual Way

Let’s set the scene. Sporting Kansas City played Toronto FC in a Major League Soccer match in Kansas City over the weekend.

According to KCKRS, a soccer website, Kansas City’s video team didn’t have photos of Toronto’s players for the introductory video. So they decided to wing it.

They inserted images for Canadian icons Justin Bieber, Celine Dione, Dudley Do-Right, Bob and Doug McKenzie, William Shatner and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, among others.
