Here’s a video of a few of Rob Gronkowski’s teammates doing their best impressions of him.
It was all in fun, of course, during Super Bowl media day.
Gronkowski is the star New England Patriots tight end that sprained his ankle and is considered day-to-day as preparation begins for Super Bowl Sunday.
They mock Gronkowski’s now infamous interview with a bi-lingual ESPN Deportes reporter after the New England Patriots beat the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship.
The reporter asked questions in both Spanish and English. Gronkowski tried to show off his Spanish skills by saying, “Si. Yo soy fiesta.” Translation: “Yes. I am party.”
Gronkowski’s teammates aren’t about to let him forget that interview. After all, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. You can watch it here:
Gronkowski could make the difference between victory and defeat for the Patriots. The 22-year-old made 90 catches for 1,327 yards and 17 touchdowns in a record-setting season.
He said he’s improving each day.
